Do you have a showroom?

YES, but it's not a static display - it's MUCH better than that. We have fitted out one of our vans as a mobile showroom, which even includes a working demonstration of an automated roller door. So our showroom actually comes to you.

Do you take away the old door when you fit a new one?

YES. Most garage doors can be recycled and when they can be, they are. The cardboard packaging with new doors soon pays a visit to our frequently emptied cardboard recycling skip too.

Why do roller garage doors differ so much in price?

Do you supply and install garage windows and pedestrian doors?

YES

I don't use my garage much, what is my best budget option for a new garage door?

A white up & over canopy with a narrow horizontal linear design, in a core stock size.

Do you do annual servicing of garage doors?

YES

I don't have an electricity supply to my garage but would like a new automated garage door. Can you do this?

Subject to a survey confirming it is feasible - YES

Do you supply and install house front doors?

YES, we have a range of elegant house front doors. As well as a range of beautiful high security house front and rear doors.

I have bought some parts myself, will you "just" fit them?

It is our experience that there is a high likelihood it would be the wrong parts. And, as we would still charge for our visit, it could become an unsatisfactory outcome for both parties. So it's a very polite NO on this one.

I have two single garage doors and would like one single big garage door - is this possible?

In many cases the garage will have been built with 2 RSJ that rest on the central brick pillar that would need to be removed. These would need to be replaced by a single (higher load bearing) RSJ. But YES it is possible, subject to a survey to confirm that it's feasible.

The pixies drove a car into my roller garage door. Is it possible to replace some of the slats without replacing the whole door?
